водопад - a waterfall (20th January 2012)

водопад  [va-da-PAD] (masculine noun) – a waterfall

Водопад Виктория - один из крупнейших водопадов мира. = The Victoria Falls is one of the biggest waterfalls in the world.

Like in English, the word comes from "вода" = water and "падать" = to fall.
