мыло - soap (5th October 2011)

мыло [MY-la] (neuter noun) – soap

Вымой руки с мылом. = Wash your hands with soap.

Я купила жидкое мыло. = I bought some liquid soap.

 

The word "мыло" comes from "мыть" = to wash. "Мыло" also means "an email" in informal Russian!
