(He) has money to burn

- He has money to burn ( = he's very rich).

= Marina's parents have money to burn, she can even afford clothes by Gucci.

А? = Hey, citizen, it looks like you have money to burn! You won't give me some, will you? (Citation from Master and Margarita by Bulgakov).

"Клюют" comes from "клевать" = to peck. The expression literally means: he has so much money that even chickens won't peck it.
