Ещё вчера в морозилке было полно мороженого - а сегодня как корова языком слизала! = Yesterday the freezer was still full of ice-cream, and today it's all vanished!

Сергей исчез, как корова языком слизала! = Sergey has vanished into thin air!

 

Literally the expression means "it's as if it's been licked off with a cow's tongue"!
