Знать как свои пять пальцев - to know like the back of one's hand

Знать как свои пять пальцев - to know (something) like the back of one's hand, to be very famliar with (something)

Я живу в этом городе двадцать пять лет, я знаю его как свои пять пальцев. = I've been living in this town for twenty five years, I know it like the back of my hand.

Я знаю Аню как свои пять пальцев, мы дружим с начальной школы. = I know Anya like the back of my hand, we've been friends since we were in primary school.

Literally the idiom means "to know (something) like your own five fingers".
