I have a headache.

У меня болит голова.  [u me-NYA ba-LIT ga-la-VA] - I have a headache.

 

You can use the same expression for different pains and aches:

У меня болит живот. = I have a stomachache.

У меня болят зубы. = I have a toothache.

У меня болит нога. = My foot hurts.

Что у тебя болит? = Where does it hurt?

 

Literally the expression means "in me hurts the head"!
